Good for you!  People can and do improve their personal and professional lives given the proper insight, tools, motivation and accountability. What are you waiting for?



It's time to step up. Here's the secret. You don't have to do it alone.  Every successful person I know can name at least one coach or mentor to whom they credit much of their success. There's no shame in not knowing everything. None of us does. And what you don't know may be keeping you from being happy and successful. There's plenty of information and support out there. You just need to ask for it!

Life and Success Coaching is right for you if you're ready for a change, but:


  • You have no clear idea of what you want

Just as you might hire a personal trainer to take you out of your comfort zone and help you with your fitness goals, I will help you to achieve results relevant to your personal and/or professional success and happiness.  My coaching style is straight forward, reality based and goal oriented...with a touch of humor. It combines your unique situational needs with both education and useful tools to help you with changes now and in the future. 


Scheduling and Pricing


Your first step is to schedule a brief, complimentary phone consultation (30 minutes or less). It is imperative that you feel comfortable with your Life Coach, and vice-versa. This initial discussion will provide us with the opportunity to get acquainted and determine whether or not ours would be a good fit. 


There is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation.  When you're ready to go forward, you can opt for single sessions - or my 30 Day Coaching Program.  Many clients prefer phone sessions for convenience, but for local clients, face-to-face sessions may be arranged in some instances. 


Single Sessions  -  Cost per session - $95 / 50-60 minutes


You can opt to schedule single sessions, and we will work with whatever agenda you bring to the table that day.

30 Day Coaching Program  -  Cost - $350 / Four 50-60 minute sessions, typically one week apart, but can be amended to fit your schedule


If you feel you could use a little more overall structure, education, direction and guidance, this program may be more beneficial to you.






In the 30 Day Coaching Program, we will:


  • Explore your current level of satisfaction in major life areas
  • Determine where to best focus your change efforts
  • Understand some of your past successes and failures
  • Uncover your own unique 'Automatic Thought' process and 'Cognitive Distortions'
  • Learn to recognize old, ineffective habits and utilize new tools for change
  • Learn how to set appropriate, realistic goals - now and in the future
  • Learn to recognize and avoid sabotage (from yourself and others)
  • Hold yourself accountable
  • Create your action plan for happiness and success
